Horrible!!!!! We signed lease to rent to own a unit as advertised. After signing lease the management company owner changed the lease 2 times and expected us to resign. The leases state that you can have 4-6 people in a 2 bedroom. When I was diagnosed with cancer my daughter came to help me temporarily through my cancer treatments. When Bob Salano (property and management company owner) found out I had 1 person with me he insisted I pay an additional $400 per month taking my lease Payment from $950 to $1350 per month. I explained she was only temporary and there was no more than her and I there. He said if I couldn't pay I had to leave. I also witness this person steal money from 2 deceased residents family members. He charged them a complete months rent to get their family members belongings when the resident was deceased and the family was there by the 3rd of the month to evacuate their belongings. And on top of that he charged the family members $100 more then what the deceased had been paying for rent. Former on site managers had recieved as little as $1.30 per hour pay and were expected to work 24-7. Their is no on site managers now and the rooms are not cleaned. Good and dirty dishes are left there from prior renters, cock roaches infest every room and there is a bat infestation causing some rooms to smell like urine. I would be shocked if the sheets are even cleaned after use.
Boat docks, cook house great place
The picture on this site is SUNSET PLACE RESORT. It is NOT Steinhatchee Place. Steinhatchee Place does not have a pool, is not located on the water, and has no dock. Additionally, individuals renting from Steinhatchee Place do NOT have access to SUNSET PLACE RESORT's amenities. Two totally separate properties.
Great place stayed in unit 208 beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
